As always, I'll be roaming the halls and conference rooms of the year 2000 SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) Conference in San Francisco this April 14-17th. The SCAA is the hub of the coffee world, with more focus on the top 5% of the world coffee production that truly qualifies as specialty.
