Milletto is the owner of Bellissimo Coffee InfoGroup, producer of specialty coffee training materials, most notably the start-up/operational manuals Bean Business Basics and Achieving Success in Specialty Coffee, and the video-training tools "Espresso 101," "Espresso 501," "Everything BUT Coffee," "Spilling the Beans" and the "Art of Coffee."“

Showing planting, growing and processing in only one country would not be enough to illuminate the whole picture. In 1999, Davids, Milletto and crew intend to make film stops in Guatemala, Kona, and at least one additional location in South America and one in Africa or the Asia/Pacific region.“

„Kenneth Davids writes a lot of information on history and the art of making espresso coffee. The only thing that really bothered me was his method of writing. At times it was very clear, then it dropped off when it became more interesting, almost like "running out of room." The section on machines and equipment was fairly good, but it didn't give more details on each type of machine.“
