„Powerwise, we're using propane to create the plumbing system and a small generator for the grinder, lights, fridge and regular coffee brewer. I was really surprised to learn that an espresso machine took as many watts as a stove , but since most of that is to heat the water, we'll take the power needs off the gen. and put it onto the propane.“

„Good espresso at home: to even hope for a decent result one must spend about $200 - $225 for an espresso machine and about $175 to $275 for a grinder. If you go much cheaper than that you're better off getting a Moka pot (aka stove-top "espresso-maker"). Good moka coffee ain't the same as good espresso but it's way better than bad espresso.“

„When we were in Italy for our boy's baptism, we drank espresso every morning made in a little stovetop espresso machine (do a search for a moka brewer). It was great. If you're trying to make a great impression, get one yourself first (they can be under $20 new) and practice a lot.“
