„hey here's a message com'in to ya from Espresso2004.Second Cup sucks.Starbucks passes.But nothing absolutely nothing beats a good espresso made from a real pump machine.Also,making it properly with a real pump machine at home tops them all.Espresso at Starbucks however is questionable.Best hot chocolate is at Timothy's in a bowl with whipped cream.Second best hot chocolate is Second Cup.That's allllllllllllllllllll folks!“

„ Results, taste-wise, are better than the espresso I've had in Starbucks or any of the other big chains, with a deliciously thick and swirly crema. Generally, the Orchestro sounds like it's built basically the same as the Jura Capresso F9, although without the clever touch-screen controls; I think for me this is a plus rather than a negative, as my family like to use the machine and aren't too stressed out with the simple button-count on offer. All in all, a sensible, straightforward and reliable choice - and one I'm still pleased with two years down the line.“

„In my experience...forgetta 'bout it. Starbucks is experimenting with super-automatic machines in their stores to address their talent shortage. (See my article Espresso for Restaurants regarding super-automatics.) It is a bit of a Catch 22 to build a larger company based on quality espresso. You need a manager, but only a few locations can generate enough money for an arm chair owner to secure the talent.“
