„If it's something with liquid coffee in it, this will clean it...from vacuum thermos bottles, to carafes, to airpots, to mugs. We use this to clean our French Press brewers twice a week. When you clean your Press, and the filter still smells like pungently bitter coffee, it is time to use Clearly Coffee Glass Bowl & Airpot Cleaner.“

„Permanent filters allow the flavor molecules to pass through without adding unwanted flavors (assuming you clean the filters after each brew). We're less enthusiastic about paper filters, because paper filters leave a papery taste in the coffee. If you do use paper filters, rinse them with warm water before brewing, to rinse out some of the impurities and extra paper flavor.“

„To my knowledge, no flavoring used in whole-bean coffees is entirely natural, and many are, in the technical sense, entirely artificial. The natural flavors used in many sophisticated soft drinks and ice creams, for example, would not have the staying power to remain with the coffee during its long odyssey from roasting plant to cup.“

„We carry some traditional flavored teas, such as Jasmine Green tea and Earl Grey. Most of our teas are not "flavored," but have unique flavors and aromas that come from how they're grown and processed.“
