„Many are stronger then caffeine (1,3-Dipropyl 7-Proparagyl Xanthine is 100 times stronger). Many have stronger effects on A2 then A1 adenosine receptors compared to caffeine. I heard once that antagonizes one of the adenosine receptors caused restlessness and antagonizing the other one caused more desireable stimulation - anyone know which is which? If A2 is better the more selective analogs would likely have cleaner effects than caffeine.“

„When the caffeine intake is reduced, the body becomesoversensitive to adenosine. In response, blood pressure drops dramatically, resulting inan excess of blood in the head, leading to the 'caffeine headache.' This headache can lastfrom one to five days, and can be alleviated with an analgesic or with caffeine intake.Further withdrawal symptoms may include irritability, muscle tension, inability toconcentrate or work, and, in extreme cases, nausea and vomiting. Withdrawal symptoms canbegin just 12 hours following your last caffeine indulgence. Symptoms can be counteredwith lots of exercise and sleep.“
