„They don't have the look of a commercial machine but they are built as one. The Capresso's thermal server lid is a bit of a bad design, if I'm not careful when I pour I usually end up with coffee on the counter.“

„Personally, I prefer coffee produced using either a good vacuum brewer or a manual pour-over drip brewer with paper filter, open at the top, which permits you to stir the grounds as you pour in the water and the brewing coffee begins to drip through the filter. In both cases the result is a full-bodied, complex cup with substantial mouthfeel, yet relatively bright, lively and silt-free.“

„Find a coffee you like the smell of. I'd recommend first grinding it very fine (espresso or Turkish), then make it using a manual drip cone and pour the water in all at once (with finely ground coffee, if you don't pour it in all at once, it will clog the filter). Use 4 tablespoons of grounds and 8 - 12 ounces of water.“
