„The Santos Set includes everything that comes with the Santos, plus the Santos Spirit Lamp Kit, plus a nifty cleaning brush. The Santos makes great coffee and is 1/2 the price of the Hario and almost 1/4 the price of the Cona. It's weak points are the plastic filter-disc and the fact that (in my opinion) the spirit-lamp type brewing makes a true vacuum-brewed cup. But considering the investment, and that all these units have delicate glass components, the Santos is a great everyday vacuum-brewer!“

„Step 8: Now take the coffee machine off the heat and place it on a surface which is neither cold nor wet. The coffee is now "brewed", the coffee should now pass into the lower jug. Should it cease to fall into the jug simply replace onto the heat and bring to the boil again.“
