Using the Barista Home Espresso Machine (INeedCoffee.com) (#)

„You have poured in each one 1/ 4 full, 2% cold milk, with the hot plate or gas still on. Place each individual cup underneath the frothing wand and raise the mug to the tip and crack open that red ball knob. Do the frothing bit for each mug. Close steam knob between mugs.“

„Making eggspresso only requires a good steam wand. Most home espresso machines have good decent frothing wands with which to cook the eggs. Next, you will need a good container to put the eggs in. Oddly enough, I have found that coffee mugs work very well because you can fit 3 eggs in them and they have enough depth for the wand to reach into.“

„Otherwise, splattering may occur. After frothing, turn the function knob to "BREW;' to allow the appliance to complete the espresso making process. Remove the pitcher from the steam jet. When the coffee has stopped flowing into the carafe, turn the function knob to the "OFF" position.“
