„~ In a wide bowl or pie plate, combine coffee and liqueur. Break a ladyfinger in half and dip halves into the coffee until they absorb liquid and soften without falling apart. Place these halves in the bottom of one of the dessert cups. Repeat for other 5 cups.“

„THE global coffee market which saw prices dip to a 30-year low is likely to break out of the long bear hug during 2001-02, thanks to gradually tightening supply conditions. With world production showing a slight decline including in some key-producing countries and domestic use in exporting countries forecast to increase by 2 per cent during the year, ending stocks are likely to be squeezed by over 10 per cent. This is expected to lead to a price rebound.“

„I should add that perhaps due to the fact that my blender does not grind the beans very fine, I can re-use the mixture quite a few times. I am finding that I can get 4-5 pretty good tasting cups of hot chocolate out of two heaping tablespoons full of bean grindings.“
