The Perfect Bribe
[Morning Coffee & Afternoon Tea] I don't much like having a holiday that falls on a Monday. It just shifts Monday into Tuesday. I know, that should be a good thing, but it's not. It's a mental thing. Mondays are rough and Tuesday you get to recover from Monday.
Some slightly related from Technorati and Google.
[...Just Rambling...] What Happened in May?: The first night, the globe on the propane lantern broke. That was our major supply of light since there is no electricity at the campsite, but we figured we'd make do with the campfire and the flashlight. That is, until the flashlight bulb burned out. After that, we made do with a tiny candle I had brought just to keep in the camper for a dim light, not realizing that there was a spare bulb in the other end of the flashlight!
[Denise's Divorce] **Fantastic!**: It was so mentally, spiritually and sensually awesome! My back seriously started killing me Sunday. It didn't hit me till Tuesday night that I pulled a ligament..(pulling up tile)..which is when I started putting an ice pack on it which made it feel 95% better! Now it is just completely bruised.
[My ramblings”¦] Long awaited?: School sucks but what is new. Oh.. I did get a new book. Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, same author as the Da Vinci Code, and actually one of the same characters (it is a prequel to the Code, although no direct bearing on either story).
[Intelliot.com] Elliot Lees Blog » 2005 » February: After performing the upgrade on the QuikSolar blog, I was convinced the upgrade is painless enough to be done on my biggest and most trafficked (yes that’s a word) blog: this one. I’ll be monitoring things to see how comments and search engine ranks go. I’ll be really disappointed if there are any negative repercussions, […]
[Stevegilliard.blogspot.com] Steve Gilliard's News Blog : Tuesday, January 20, 2004: As I recover from my hospital stay, I have to admit, I'm not doing much more than sleeping, drinking juice and regaining my strength. But this SOTU was unreal.
[Stevegilliard.blogspot.com] Steve Gilliard's News Blog : Tuesday, January 06, 2004: Anyway, I normally don't complain about my minor illnesses online because we all have them. But a sinus infection really sucks because it's like a cold in that you can't sleep, but not like a cold because you can function. You just feel like shit. after all, going to a doctor's office on a Monday in January means you feel bad enough to share space with wheezing sickos worse off than you.
[Blogontheweb.com] yet another nerd blog: The schedule I use evolves around 15 training hours/ week. It's based on schedules of a currently injured elite junior rider (lucky for me he is injured otherwise I would be recovering at this moment instead of typing this blog). During normal week days I have to do some work to finance the family, cycling and other hobbies and as such the majority of training work is focussed around the weekends.
[Extremefitness.com] EF Blogs - Adonis Workout and Nutrition Blog: Interesting that my weight and body fat fluctuate so much, but thats why I average them at the end of the week. I was in a lot of pain; from blood lactate levels, during this workout, the 25 reps of squats and leg curls makes you want to hurl, and the shoulder press and pulldowns cause such an extreme arm and delt pump its hard to get into position for the squats. I havent really been taking the fish oil supplements, maybe I will get on those soon, but protein ahs been very regular, along with my vitamin C post workout. Im thinking about getting some milled flax seeds, to put in my shake but maybe I will rethink that one after I taste the texture of that in my shakes.
