„As a trade term, however, Brazils refers to lower-grade coffees that are grown at relatively low altitudes and are mass harvested and carelessly dried. Most of these mass-produced arabica coffees are grown in Brazil, but some are produced in East Africa and the Pacific. These coffees, at worse, taste harsh, sour or fermented, at best display a middle-of-the-road, neutral flavor with a flat aroma. Most decent supermarket canned blends contain large proportions of Brazils or similar coffees, with smaller additions of high-grown milds.“

„What wasn't mentioned in any review that I read is that it may be the loudest appliance on earth. The first thing I noticed, is that gunk gets caught under the rubber seal on the lid when you're blending - making the clean-up process a pain. That problem went away though, when the rubber seal split and broke off the lid. Then the little center lid in the middle of the main lid started to crack and soon it had dropped off the little notches that hold it in place.“
