„: At one time I could find Celestial Seasonings Chai Tea in liquid form in a 1/2 qt. bottle in the refridgerated section at Target stores; mix half with milk and heat. It was so delicious and the best I have ever tasted and believe me I have tried many in my efforts to find a replacement as the Celestial Seasonings in a bottle just disappeared and I can't find it anywhere, regardless of who I ask.“

Coffee importers and distributors can also become certified, which means they agree to pay to use the logo, pay the Fair Trade price, and support outreach. The growers are guaranteed to receive $1.26 per pound of coffee ($1.41 for organic), or $.05 over current market price. This system seems to be working -- Transfair has many accounts of growers making enough profit to upgrade their equipment and processes.“

We came together to form a legally structured buying cooperative, because the volumes we need as small-scale roasters, would have made it impossible to import directly (one of the main tenants of fair trade) from a variety of coffee farmer cooperatives. Collectively as Cooperative Coffees, we have established commercial relationships with thirteen coffee cooperatives based in democratic and participatory development models in ten different producer countries.“

„She is in very good form as Valentine, and the nearly complete recording fortunately reinstates her Act IV aria which is usually omitted in live performances, including the two I mentioned above. The principal contribution of Huguette Tourangeau as the page Urbain is another often-cut piece, the second-act aria "Non, non, non, vous n'avais jamais, je gage." Meyerbeer added this low-lying aria for Covent Garden contralto Marietta Alboni, whose voice was so deep that she sang the baritone role of Carlo at the first Covent Garden performance of Ernani, after the two men the company first invited to sing the role turned it down. Tourangeau's upper range is not that strong, and she and Sutherland sometimes trade lines in their Act II ensembles, but she is still very enjoyable.“
