  „But all that is changing now, and it’s probably not a false alarm this time, coffee houses are selling more and more tea and tea-based beverages, they are expanding their tea lines and selling more expensive teas. Tea, from green to black, has been getting great notices on its health-giving attributes and people have been reading these headlines and basing buying decisions on them. There are well over 1,000 tea salons in the U.S. today, and according to one person interviewed for this article the number is probably closer to 1,500.“
