The concept of brewing directly into a thermos-style container has always appealed to me, but usually they are only 8 cups and are glass liners (not a good prospect for me). When I saw that Melitta was selling a 10 cup thermal with a solid stainless steel serving carafe, and knowing Melitta's reputation, I felt it was worth a try.“

„I was thinking you were trying to stay under $4000.00 at least initially to see if it'll even work out. Plus those machines look like they take up alot of space and I don't know what kind of space you're thinking of renting (don't buy a retial space, there isn't any tax advantages and they usually don't appreciate like residential) Most coffee shops start out as kiosks some where and then when the person is ready to jump with both feet in they go for it.
