Starbucks - The Way I See It - Part 1
[NextUp] I would gladly park myself at Starbucks when I work from home on Fridays and drink more than one cup of your coffee, but I can’t justify paying for internet access or even register a card with you when I can go to Panera or any number of locally owned establishments and connect for free; without strings attached.

[Keystone Blog] Starbucks WiFi to go Free”¦ Sort of: to rip people off. Look, maybe I’m closed-minded, but I tend to think that if I can get WiFi for free (at such wonderful establishments as Panera Bread or Krystal) then having to pay for it somewhere else is ridiculous. [Casual Bites] Welcome to Casual Bites: chains in the casual and fast casual segment, places like those mentioned above, Chipotle, Outback, Starbucks, Olive Garden and the like. As the lines between the segments get blurred, other establishments will get discussed.
[noturnonred.org - Blog, Photography & Visual Merchandising by Tom Sullivan] Five ways you, as a customer, can improve customer service: Establishments like Best Buy and Panera Bread put all responses into a lottery where you have a chance to win prizes ranging from a gift card to $20000 in cash.
