„I'm a forum host over at the food/cooking/dining/beverage discussion site eGullet.com - we have a couple good Toddy threads active right now, including one where people have tested alternate non-Toddy methods. One distinct benefit that some potential customers might really latch onto for using Toddy concentrate in a hot drink (i.e. the concentrate is added to water Americano style) is extremely low acidity. The cold brew Toddy process leaves behind most of the acid in coffee and the coffee made this way, once diluted, is very good for folks with acidity intolerance problems.“

„The last idea is one I haven't tried but it has potential. There's a product that has been discussed here and elsewhere call the Toddy System. It's a very simple device with a thick cloth filter that sits in the bottom of a canister. Throw in a pound of ground coffee, fill with water and leave in the fridge overnight.“

„The concentrate is favorded byt some people as a way to achieve a very low acid hot coffee - it's mixed with hot water as Americano's are. I think it's a better fit for iced drinks - the concentrate has a nice punch when diluted with milk. Here's a couple links from my earlier reply to this thread that discuss the process at greater length and include a reference to where it can be purchased at a good discount.“
