One distinct benefit that some potential customers might really latch onto for using Toddy concentrate in a hot drink (i.e. the concentrate is added to water Americano style) is extremely low acidity. The cold brew Toddy process leaves behind most of the acid in coffee and the coffee made this way, once diluted, is very good for folks with acidity intolerance problems.“
