„Diedrich and a small Probat, and a couple of La Marzocco's. The Probat wouldn't separate chaff, and we generally had more success with the bigger units. It's not that easy working with unfamiliar machines, and it's especially difficult to figure out when they're hot enough to load and when to cut the heat. But we had fun and made a few roasts that aren't likely to kill anyone.“

„Well, I hope you have a very thick wallet because you cannot skimp on roasting equipment, and it is quite expensive. We are biased toward Diedrich Coffee Roasters because it is what I used (now I have a Probat L12). Other fine sources are Probat , Primo , and Ambex .“
