„This effect is only enhanced by the French servers who can help you select a continental breakfast of croissant and steaming cup of dark roasted Spinelli coffee. Espresso drinks are available, along with an impressive assortment of fresh, delicious-looking croissants, pastries and bagels. This is definitely a neighborhood hangout but, although I live outside this tiny community, I felt very comfortable and welcomed both by the staff and the regulars. An added bonus is that the cafe turns into a bistro in the evening, serving some very tantalizing comfort food at reasonable prices.“

„We cupped the East Timor in a comparison air roast against drum roast and the air roasted showed a slight astringency in cupping. That would be a Sivetz 1/4 bag and a 25 lb batch San Franciscan.I use a bbq drum, very similiar to the San Francisan, well, maybe not.“

„Ideally one should use 55g of coffee per liter of water. The grind should be between a French press size and a drip coffee size. The coffee should be roasted light (Agtron 65). In the industry we often stop the roast about 30 seconds into the first crack long before the start of the second crack.“
