Roasted Coffee Suppliers (#)
„Supplier of freshly roasted coffee and espresso. Espresso roast is lighter than typical American espresso yielding a thick espresso with a sweet reddish-brown crema. Mauro Cipolla was trained in the fine art of espresso roasting and blending in Italy and has brought this tradition to Seattle. I recommend the Firenze blend which is prepared in the Northern Italian tradition to be mild, aromatic, sweet and smooth. Robusta is undoubtedly used in his blends.“

„ Today I just found hot just how hot roasted coffee can get. You are more than aware that I have been testing the Hottop coffee roaster. I went out into the garage this morning to roast another three batches. The first was 250 grams of Yemen Mocha.“

„Why go for a pod machine when you can get freshly roasted (and ground) coffee from a roaster a block or two away from where you live? In my opinion the pod system is for folks who want to make espresso without understanding or really getting involved in the process....really I do not think that applies to anyone who posts on coffeeforums.com (meaning....posters here have real passion for the culture of coffee...) Anyway that is my opinion....“

„Specialty coffees were sold whole-bean, freshly roasted, in stores that offered their customers a wide range of choice in roast style and origin. Commercial coffees were represented by the almost identical contents of cans lined up like fat little percolator-ready soldiers on supermarket shelves.“

„If you live in the U.S., these genuine Italian beans won't necessarily be as freshly roasted as other sources, but they get the roast (and grind, if you buy ground) exactly right for espresso. Having troublemaking espresso? This is a good reference bean, and grind.“
