  „The facility will manufacture concentrated liquid coffee, a formula developed in Europe and, until now, produced solely by a Sara Lee plant in the Netherlands, company officials announced. The frozen concentrate, called Douwe Egberts, is designed for commercial and retail customers such as restaurants and hotel chains. According to company officials, it is capable of producing a “fresh-brewed” cup of coffee in three-seconds. State and local governments offered incentives worth $1.2 million to secure the expansion in Suffolk, according to the governor’s office.“
