Molasses Barbecue Beans
[BigOven.com - Recipe Raves] It's a great summer-time dish that is prepared on the stove-top (doesn't heat-up the house with a long oven cooking time). I think these beans taste even better after a day or two, so they are perfect for those of us who love to get things done in advance!

[Pages, Pucks and Pantry] Root Beer Baked Beans - Pages, Pucks and Pantry: . But it never made it out of the oven. It was forgotten. Mind you it was even forgotten though Mr. L had opened the oven to stash food away from the cat and had to push the beans aside. No matter. We heated it up the next day and it tasted great so I know this reheats well (it does get thicker once you refrigerate it but that really isn't a problem taste wise). I've actually made this several times since then to wonderful reviews.
[GrillinFools] GrillinFools » Pecan Smoked Brisket along with Smoked Beans: Grilling day arrived and the beef was removed from the bags and most of the mustard was wiped off with dry paper towels. Some mustard remained but would eventually cook off during the grilling process. No matter what the brisket will not taste like mustard. Prior to the launch of GrillinFools.com I marinated a brisket in mustard and left it on and indirect grilled it for 6 hours. No rub, no mop sauce, just slathered in mustard and smoked indirect for 6 hours. The end result was that the mustard coating became crispy and actually flaked off during the grilling process so dont be concerned about the mustard left on the beef.
[CliqueClack Food] Baked beans, Redneck style - Redneck Cooking | CliqueClack Food: It is much easier and faster to start with canned Pork and Beans. I will normally by the cheap store brand because by the time I get done doctoring the beans up you will not be able to tell that they are the cheap ones anyways.

[The Family Kitchen] Book Giveaway: Our family loves all the vegetables: we eat them at every meal, alternating those cooked (I like chicory boiled and pan-fried with garlic oil and rosemary, chard boiled and seasoned with oil and lemon, fried eggplant, zucchini casserole, pickled peppers, sautéed mushrooms, potatoes steamed or baked, cauliflower au gratin, etc..) to the raw, delicious salads such as tomato, cucumber, red onion with basil, or salads of lettuce and radicchio.

[Cafe Society] Wolfe's Barbeque dishes up smoked tofu - Denver Restaurants and ...: I won't insult your intelligence or tastebuds by claiming that smoked tofu is every bit as good as pulled pork or beef brisket barbecue -- but sometimes we (okay, I) have to make sacrifices for health reasons. And under those circumstances, places like Wolfe's -- which cater to barbecue-hungry vegetarians -- are a godsend.
[BigOven.com - Recipe Raves] Moist and Tender Pulled Pork: I served this with Garlic-buttered potato rolls warmed, coleslaw, potato salad, beans and corn for my family gathering, i also made steak fries with a creamy ranch dressing in squeeze bottle, everything was devoured and i was asked for the pork and sauce recipe.

[shinshine] Beyond Kimchi and BBQ - s h i n s h i n e: As for food, the main focus, I wanted to prepare dishes for my friends who already know the basic items of Korean food and have done bulgogi and galbi BBQ many times over. I wanted my friends to try something different, something that they wouldn't know to order or might not find at a Korean restaurant, but still familiar, homey Korean flavors, with, of course, my own spin.

[Two Vegan Boys Weblog] Still cooking away”¦. « Two Vegan Boys Weblog: Now the pizza of the week wasn’t our usual pizza. You know the kind with a yeast crust, always made by me. This pizza was different. And being one who likes only a yeast crust, making this pizza was a stretch for me. But seeing that I am doing a cook-through and am the daring type, I gave it a go ahead. I made the Polenta Pizza with Roasted Vegetables from VOTC. The recipe sold me with the roasted vegetables. That is one of my favorite ways to eat vegetables. The cost for the meal was around a $1.20, the cost of two portabellos. As you noticed we ate a hell of a lot of mushrooms this week. But no worries, every recipe was different enough, that there was no mushroom boredom. I added an eggplant to the pizza and some Daiya cheese. It was a really good pizza, not round like I am used to, but still worth making again. Thanks Robin for making me a believer. The cost in VOTC is <$1.00 per serving and serves 4.
