Moka Pot (Stovetop Espresso) Coffee Brewers: All Stainess Steel! (#)
„ Stovetop Espresso (Moka Pot) Brewers - This model is discontinued - we are going to carry a new model of Bialetti Moka Pot - that will be coming in the next few weeks - Maria 1/14/05 Moka Pot stovetop brewers produce a dense concentrated cup that's something between espresso and Turkish coffee. Coffee is packed into a filter between the lower chamber (that you fill with water) and the upper chamber that will contain the finished beverage after brewing. Since the water is forced through the cake of coffee by pressure, the process bears more resemblance to espresso extraction that infusion (gravity-based) brewing.“

„I've been using my Bialetti 6-cup moka maker for a couple years now and it sure beats the mess of an actual espresso machine and if you make the coffee correctly you don't sacrifice any of the great flavor. I'm not sure why this product is listed as Villaware because it is a Bialetti maker from Italy. Anyway, it makes great coffee.“

„Simple. For a great tasting coffee, start with a simple Bialetti moka pot, inexpensive. Stay away from garage sales unless you want to actually buy a garage! Move on to a great Gaggia classic, the new ones in stainless are stupendous.“
