[Morning Coffee & Afternoon Tea] Cocoa and toast for breakfast - I don't know how this started, but it became a habit and a ritual that I lost in my teens (probably when I was trying to become thin and beautiful). The cocoa was sometimes made from scratch (at gramma's) and sometimes Nestle's, and the toast had to be well-toasted, well-buttered, and sliced "just so" - into 3 equal strips. These were carefully dunked into the cocoa and eaten with great relish.
