„d) En caso de que los recursos del Fondo de Reserva de Liquidez sean insuficientes para atender el pago de los bonos y sus intereses, el Comité de Selección y Vigilancia autorizará al Fiduciario para que ejecute las garantías establecidas en los incisos a),b) y c) del artículo anterior. La aplicación se hará en forma solidaria y proporcional a la responsabilidad que asuma cada avalista en el fideicomiso, de conformidad con las órdenes que al efecto emita el Comité Especial de Selección y Vigilancia. Cuando alguno de los garantes presente problemas de liquidez temporal que haga imposible la aplicación proporcional y solidaria de su garantía, corresponderá a los demás garantes la obligación de suplir dicho faltante.“

„Five years ago, Christina and her family sold their coffee cherries to bargain-hunting exporters, and the coffee was blended or private-labeled rather than promoted under the El Valle name. The family had no relationship with the people who handled their coffee, and they had no idea what the coffee sold for to roasters or consumers. Today, things are much different. The farm’s coffee crop is bought and shared exclusively by three companies—Stumptown Coffee, a small roaster in Portland, Ore.; Batdorf & Bronson, a medium-sized roaster in Olympia, Wash.; and Allegro Coffee Co., a larger roaster in Boulder, Colorado.“

„Notes: A prize winner in the 2004 El Salvador Cup of Excellence competition, where as a green (unroasted) coffee it placed seventh out of hundreds of entries, attracting a score of slightly under 90 from an international jury. An unusual coffee in two respects: It was produced from trees of the large-beaned Pacamara variety of arabica and is composed entirely of the peaberry grade of that variety. Peaberries result when the coffee fruit develops only a single, oval bean rather than the usual pair of flat-sided beans. Peaberries produce a somewhat different (often better) cup than normal beans from the same crop, from which they may or may not be separated during grading.“
