„So, the next best way to store coffee is to store in roasted but whole bean form. Grinding your own beans is pretty simple, and will be worth the effort. Roasted whole bean will last 1 to 2 weeks, when stored at room temperature. You should keep it in an airtight container that blocks the light.“

„Obviously its better if you buy from your local specialty roaster- they can sell small volumes direct to you in whole bean (or if you request) ground form. Its always better to buy the whole beans and invest in a grinder so you can grind beans as you need them. Ground coffee can deteriorate at a pretty quick clip...“
