  „At the workshop held on February 18, the team of Barista trainers visited the Quality Division of the Coffee Board and the espresso outlets. A total of 54 persons were provided practical training on the different aspects of handling the espresso machine, method of compacting the coffee powder, maintenance of water temperature and maintenance of required pressure in the machine (pump) and witnessed demonstrations of the correct method of obtaining the coffee extracts.“

Seven coffee producing countries viz., India, Indonesia, Brazil, Columbia, Uganda, Kenya and Ivory Coast and the European Coffee Industry are involved in the implementation of the project.“
