„I SERIOUSLY don't recommend Starbucks Barista to anybody who likes good expresso, or latte. It is hard to hear, but you can't just save on an expresso machine if you want results you are not going to regret. So I suggest a Rancilio SIlvia for $500, or Solis SL-70 for $350 w/ non-pressurized portafilter baskets from wholelattelove.com or aabreecoffee.com“

„I have just purchased a Francis!Francis! X1 and would like a book that gives purely hints and tips for making the best expresso's (latte's, long black, etc). Can anyone recommend a book that is visually helpful and without the whole coffee history etc?“

„I had been tired of paying $3.00 a cup for coffee or latte and was looking for a cheaper alternative. I was about to spend $700 on a super-auto expresso machine ($3.00/day times 5 visits per week--you do the math), when I wondered if there might be a cheaper alternate. I tried the Senseo and the coffee is wonderful! Thick crema in the European style.“

„I'm not sure if this matters, but I read that when making a latte, that the steamed milk should be first poured into the cup, then the expresso poured over the milk without stirring the two togeather. Is that right?“
