„I am not sure having never used the Jura 8. However there are several reviews on the Jura online. My machine arrived double boxed from WLL with no damage. You might want to give them another shot at it“

„I thought I was getting good results with my Gaggia Baby. Buying the Ellimatic changed my standards. Results are quite consistent, given a good grinder, and it is still extremely difficult to find any commercially sold espresso nearly as good as what I make at home with this machine. The stock steam wand did not do a great job, but a cheap, quick modification (blocking two of the four holes with matchstick slivers) has made excellent microfoam easy.“
