You have poured to 1/ 4 of their height 2% cold milk, with the hot plate or gaz still on, place each individual cup under neath the froting wand and raise the mug to the tip, crack open that red ball knob ( it may be black, that was Giovanni's shift), do the frothing bit for each mug. Close knob between mugs.“

„I have been looking for a travel mug to take with me to school that is leak-proof so I can put it in my bookbag or leave on my desk without worring about the person in front of me spilling it when they lean back and strech. I was wondering if you have found any good mugs/tumblers that are leak-proof and not to small. I would like to be able to find one about 20 - 24 OZ.“
