You have poured to 1/ 4 of their height 2% cold milk, with the hot plate or gaz still on, place each individual cup under neath the froting wand and raise the mug to the tip, crack open that red ball knob ( it may be black, that was Giovanni's shift), do the frothing bit for each mug. Close knob between mugs.“
