When beginning the roaster selection process with a customer, Endres says that many questions need to be answered, such as ‘What is the end product going to be?” and ‘Where is the customer doing their roasting - warehouse, retail store, garage?’ By asking about the finished product, it then helps us make sure that what the customer wants (or thinks they want) is a realistic size, method or style to fit the finished goal.
