This session will address whether the new auction technology is beneficial to the coffee industry and if it is a long-term sustainable sales mechanism for coffee. The panelists will also address the history behind the development of the competition/auction process and will compare various competitions and auctions taking place, their successes and/or limitations in the marketplace.“
