Branches of Budgens, Safeway, Sainsbury, Tesco and Waitrose were persuaded to put up the Fairtrade Foundation's new posters and leaflets, and make contributions to competitions. The local media covered events and BBC Wiltshire Sound even managed to include a live link-up with a producer in Nicaragua during a discussion on its Breakfast Show.“

  „Stylish new Espresso and Americano organic Fairtrade coffees are being launched by Percol into Waitrose and Budgens supermarkets from June. Made from pure arabica beans, these high roast coffees are designed to appeal to a younger market than Percol’s current Fairtrade coffee range. Equal Exchange also have new origin organic coffees from Colombia and Indonesia, in distinctive gold packaging, and the first Fairtrade organic sugar, which comes from a co-operative in Paraguay.“
