  „Sainsbury’s own label Fairtrade Tea won a quality award at the Quality Food and Drink Awards. Further validation of Fairtrade growers’ work to improve the quality of their coffee was achieved when three Fairtrade registered producer groups made it to the final ten of the first Bolivian ‘Coffee Cupping’ competition. The Multiple Retailer of the Year ward went to the Co-op, partly due to their Fairtrade range. Terry Hudghton, Co-op marketing manager, said ‘Fairtrade was highlighted as something that caught the judges’ eye, and will inevitably catch the eye of other retailers and manufacturers as a result.’“
