„ Sounds like you have found your zero point, which may change (mine did) if you apply the teflon tape.  While not the ultimate in grinding capability, the Rocky is sturdy and easy to change from espresson to vac pot demands and back.  I have found even when changing the grind settings, it is pretty easy to be consistent and find your specific points again for grinding espresso or whatever.  For me this point changes depending upon the beans I am using for make my beverage.“
