„From Surrey. No local place for a Toddy Maker. But these fahne people in Georgia have what you want: 1 800 803 7774 They even have the plugs...You know that even if the hype says that cold brew coffee is easier on the tummy....we don't think that there is any way of obtaining the full flavor of the bean other than with scalding water, steam or what have you...“

„If you've only been drinking Toddy coffee you're limiting yourself. Each brewing process creates a different result, just as each coffee has its own unique characteristics. I suspect that your dinner guests rave about it because they've not had properly prepared and served coffee, so they don't know any better. Toddy coffee does produce a consistent, easy to consume product.“

„
Just wondering what info anyone might have on the cold brew or toddy makers. All I've been told is that it makes a thick sludge that's used in blended or iced drinks. I've ordered one and hope that it comes with better instructions than all the other equipment I've purchase thus far. Thanks
“

„There is no such thing as a 'fast' coffee brewer. A good drip brewer will turn out 4 to 6 small mugs of hot coffee in about 5 to 7 minutes. Why, you ask? The ideal rate of extraction and the brewing temperature are kind of tied together.“

„Airpot Brewers: For a self-serve location, I like to brew hot tea into airpots using an airpot brewer. This type of equipment is ideal for the operator who has minimal staff and wants to brew a variety of teas in large volume for customers to serve themselves. I usually recommend that the operator serve a full variety of individual teas, but feature two to four unique teas that customers can serve themselves.“
