„Did up 227gram batches of Yirg, Jacmel (Haitian bean), Papua New Guinea, and that good old standby, Java. I did two blends: the Yirg and Papua went into the Mazzer Mini grinder; about half of the Jacmel went straight into the Maestro grinder (for drip, press and vacpots), and the rest of the Jacmel and the Java went into an Innova grinder, which is currently doing duty with a La Pavoni Professional machine I'm currently evaluating.“

„Editor's Choice: Capresso's CoffeeTeam Plus coffeemaker/grinder is our choice for the best coffeemaker over $100. It is the ideal machine for java lovers who want to both grind and brew their own cup. Its built-in burr grinder has four grind settings, and coolly deposits the grinds into an included gold filter.“

„if you've done your research, you will quickly find out that a high quality coffee grinder is pretty much mandatory. Acceptable grinders for espresso would be the Solis Maestro, Rocky, Gaggia MDF, Mazzer, etc. Colin will explore the grinder market in a future article.“

„With almost every other grinder I've tested (including the bulky commercial Rossi RR45 grinder), there always seems to be a case of "make do' with what I'm using. This was simply not the case with the Mazzer. One might think that since it is pretty much exclusively for espresso grinding, that would be a case of "make do" in terms of grinding for drip coffee or vac pot coffee but I don't look at it that way at all.“

„To add richness and body to a blend, Asian Pacific coffees such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, Java, East Timor, New Guinea and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe are used. Yirgacheffe has a potent flowerlike aroma.“

„Possibly the best espresso grinder ever made, home or office (or commercial) use. Well, not necessarily the Mini, but Mazzer grinders are amongst the industry's best. The Mini is the most polished, most solid, and most capable grinder I have ever personally tried. This is the be all, end all, and in my opinion, highly worth the price.“
