CoffeeGeek - Starbucks Italia Digital - Kevin Clifford's Review

CoffeeGeek - Starbucks Italia Digital - Kevin Clifford's Review ()

„Starbucks customer service is great.  They have all the records of the Estro Profi that I bought eight years ago, and registered the machine over the phone.  Also have to love the two year warranty.  What they won’t tell you is to adjust the grind lower (finer), and to do it slowly (run at least ten shots through as it takes time for the grinder to adjust).“

CoffeeGeek - Nespresso Espresso Machines - Eric Nager's Review CoffeeGeek - Nespresso Espresso Machines - Eric Nager's Review

„After contacting Nespresso on multiple occasions about the malfunctioning ejectore, they admitted that this was found to be a faulty part.  They promplty mailed me out a replacement part, which was easy to install, and fixed the problem.  The machine has worked well in all other regards, and continues to make great coffee.“

CoffeeGeek - Rancilio Silvia - Bob Abbott's Review CoffeeGeek - Rancilio Silvia - Bob Abbott's Review

„After a lot of reading reviews and comparing prices, I settled on Daily Grind in NY.  They offer "almost new" machines (those returned by people who might not have appreciated the machine they bought and returned it unharmed under their liberal 30-day return policy).  She arrived in just three days, boxed like the day she was made -- in fact, I couldn't find any sign she wasn't brand new!“

„The Corning Ware perculators were recalled because the handles could detach, spilling hot coffee on the user.  I decided to keep it because it was a gift.  They offered other Corning Ware products to replace it and discontinued it.“

CoffeeGeek - Cunill Grinders - All - Aurelio Stella's Review CoffeeGeek - Cunill Grinders - All - Aurelio Stella's Review

„ It gave very little help in determining how to use the machine, particularly with the grind settings.  Also, Cunill is a Spanish company, so the instructions were translated into English very poorly.  Further, the machine's grinder settings sit atop the unit just underneath the bean receptacle.  It is a "wheel" that turns clockwise and counter-clockwise to change the grind settings.“

CoffeeGeek - Technivorm Clubline - All - Craig Hairrell's Review CoffeeGeek - Technivorm Clubline - All - Craig Hairrell's Review

„Boyd's was great.  They shipped the product the same day and to my surprise, they included a pound of their ground coffee and 100 Filtropa filters.  Unfortunately, I got to test their customer service when the first unit arrived damaged.  The glass water tube was broken during shipment.“
