  „After contacting Nespresso on multiple occasions about the malfunctioning ejectore, they admitted that this was found to be a faulty part.  They promplty mailed me out a replacement part, which was easy to install, and fixed the problem.  The machine has worked well in all other regards, and continues to make great coffee.“

  „Starbucks customer service is great.  They have all the records of the Estro Profi that I bought eight years ago, and registered the machine over the phone.  Also have to love the two year warranty.  What they won’t tell you is to adjust the grind lower (finer), and to do it slowly (run at least ten shots through as it takes time for the grinder to adjust).“

  „I think the taste that you're describing might be attributed to the type of milk that they're using.  They use a boxed, double pasturized milk with the Parmalat brand name rather than the fresh single pasturized milk that we buy here.  It has a distinct taste and foams differently.“
