„I would love to help out, but I don't know what to do. You see, their idea of "coffee" for a larger crowd (maybe 100 people max, but not all at one time) is to get those big cylinder perculators and put some Folgers, or even worse: Surefine coffee in it! Then for desserts they are planning to sell banket, a dutch treat filled with almond paste, that is quite good (but really fatty), but that is all they are selling. I'm hoping to bring some more classy desserts (tiramisu, biscotti etc.), and hopefully some tablecloths and such to add a bit, but I don't know what to do about the coffee!“
