„There are a couple of companies out there that sell flavoring for coffee beans....I don't think it will be to your advantage to buy from them because you have to buy a minimum of 7.5lbs of one flavor..(adds up to about a gallon of syrup..)Price ranges from $12.00 a pound and up... You could probably use vanilla extract but I don't know how it would taste... Most flavoring is 3% w/w (weight to weight) which is 1/2oz of flavoring to 1lb of coffee....“

„I still do not understand how you flavor coffee after it is ground....when you brew coffee the coffee grounds stick together...add flavor(a liquid) it will do the same thing.“

„(Chicory is a caffeine-free herb whose roots are dried, ground, and roasted and is used to flavor coffee.) I also have had great luck with fresh grinding my own beans without chicory. I often use Peets House Blend beans that I grind between drip and French.“
