„We need to note that the La Pavoni machine we have evaluated is actually "old" now. Our model was new when we got it, but La Pavoni has redesigned their Lever machines, incorporating some major design changes and a larger grouphead and portafilter to address some heat stability issues. We will address these changes in our Operation and Maintenance and Performance sections, though not through first hand experience: we are relying on the gracious help and frank information provided to us by Angelo Forzano of European Gift and Houseware, the primary North American importer of the La Pavoni line.“
