  „However the machine still has a descaling programme built in. When the first descaling process came about I followed the instructions in the manual which in hindsight aren't too good. The instructions said to dissolve the cleaning tablet in the water resevoir then proceed with the prompts on screen. It didn't specify that you need a special tablet (I used the normal cleaning one because that's what it said in the manual - and the retailer hadn't explained anything to me about maintenence).“

The thing I found out going around the various coffe shops in Montreal is that it appears that most coffe shops are either more into machines and have lesser coffee or the reverse.
