„Takes 9.5min to make a double crema from Illy beans with a grind setting of 3 or 4. With a grind setting of 6 it takes 3 min to make a double crema from Illy beans and the taste is very watery. Maybe I got a defective machine, but WLL support would not admit it was defective or offer any suggestions other than to "be happy" with watery cremas. I returned it to WLL and will probably be nicked for their 20% restocking fee for a defective machine since they claim my return is "Buyers Remorse" and not defective machine...ouch.“

For those on a budget, you might be able to get away with a Solis Maestro Plus, but be very careful about other budget grinders. Gagggia's budget burr grinder (not the MDF), for example, is not up to the task.“
