CoffeeGeek - Faema Machines - All - Tim's Review (#)
„I‘d hoped to get a Rialto Sylvia, but having used it for a couple of months, I‘m more than happy with the Faema. It cost US$420, which ain‘t cheap, but it makes far better expresso than my previous Ufesa pump model; no comparison, really - just as easy to use but can take a much finer grind without choking, makes a rich, never-bitter espresso with fine crema (without any crema-enhancing gadgets in the portafilter). Built to last for years.“

„In 1986 Equal Exchange introduced fair trade to the U.S. coffee industry as a way to create better living conditions and more opportunities for struggling coffee farmers in poor countries. After years of slowly building the fair trade market Equal Exchange has recently been joined by over 100 companies who now offer at least one fair trade certified coffee. The company hopes to duplicate this success within the cocoa trade.“
