„Posted January 6, 2005 link That seems to be a recurring theme: Get 'em immediately upon roasting - either self- or local- roasted (or quick-shipped like Peet's) - and use 'em in a week or, at most, two. I originally was motivated to save money on shipping and was buying two pounds at a time from Peet's, freezing one, but I'm coming around to the thinkng that I'm probably lessening my enjoyment to save a few dollars. Clearly, with multi-thousand dollar home espresso machines and grinders that run $500, this is not a endeavor that lends itself to pinching pennies.“
