CoffeeGeek - Capresso CoffeeTEAM - Jeff Rader's Review

CoffeeGeek - Capresso CoffeeTEAM - Jeff Rader's Review ()

„To grind coffee, you manually move the filter basket under the grinder.  The machine grinds according to your settings and then the basket snaps back into position over the coffeepot for brewing.  If you move the basket under the grinder and change your mind, you can manually move the basket back but Capresso recommends this process less than 20 times.  This inconvenience has been corrected in the newest model (452).“

Electric Coffee Electric Coffee

„and if you have to grind for a longer time, the motor will start to heat up the coffee grinds -not a good thing. But the C-Mill electric coffee grinder has a very strong and precise motor. It beats the pants off the Krups or Braun mills out there, The coffee beans don't get crushed, but rapidly cut. important so the coffee isn't heated in the grinding process (which can damage the coffee flavor).“

CoffeeGeek - Aabree Coffee Brings You the Rancilio MD40 Grinder CoffeeGeek - Aabree Coffee Brings You the Rancilio MD40 Grinder

„That grinder everyone mentions is the Rancilio MD40 Commercial grinder. This is no home toy - it's a a full commercial grade grinder, built from the ground up to grind literally thousands of pounds of coffee. And while it's true the Rocky does borrow some parts from the MD40 (namely the motor), the commercial grinder leaves the Rocky in the dust when it comes to the rest of the machine.“
