CoffeeGeek - Bodum Antigua Grinder (#)
„The Bodum Antigua grinder is a good "starter" grinder using conical burrs. It can grind from a medium espresso grind up to a coarse drip pot grind, and a passable press pot grind. There are two models - normal, and metal.“

„Solis Maestro - probably the best all around grinder on the market right now. Can handle espresso to press pot (coarse) with ease, and look good doing it. About $129 or less.“

„Kauai coffee beans never let me down. It is a chocolatey note bean, mellow (can you tell I like the more mellow coffees), very well suited for vac pot, drip, and press pot brewing. In espresso blending, it would be your equalizer bean, adding chocolate and sweet notes, but also balancing out the more bright or more body beans.“

„Now serving Saltspring Coffee companies drip and espresso as well as a wide variety of fresh baked goods, the Finnerty is a hot-spot for great coffee and some great people watching (not to mention the most beautiful baristas in the business). The Finnerty is the CoffeeCrew's day base-camp and we can often be spotted holding court, talking coffee, and behaving in a loud and disruptive manner (which would explain the frequent presence of Campus Security at our table). Come on in, say hello and pull up a chair.“

„If the cycle takes longer than six minutes, grind your coffee coarser. When using a French press, the coffee will need to be ground extremely coarse. Espresso requires an extremely fine grind...almost powder-like with a slight grittiness. The key to the proper espresso grind is the extraction time.“
